Key Role: Develop the technology strategy for assigned people-related technologies by working in tandem with technical and functional teams. Document technology-related process flows, lead business process redesign efforts, and manage assigned projects consistent with Booz Allen methodology, including project schedule management, risk analysis, and issue tracking. Coordinate with various internal functional teams to negotiate 3rd party contracts. Partner with internal reporting teams to ensure appropriate customized reports are available for People Services administrative users. Assist with regular metrics analysis to ensure needed metrics are being captured appropriately. Collaborate with Human Resources and act as a liaison with all technical teams for the development of technology enhancements or new technology requests, from initial requirements through implementation, ensuring requirements are met. Develop business cases and recommend technology solutions to support continuous process improvements. Basic Qualifications: 5 years of experience with HR Technology 2 years of experience with software implementation 2 years of experience with project management 2 years of experience with supervising 2 staff either directly or in a matrix environment -Experience with writing, editing, and evaluating technical documentation -BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications: -2 years of experience with PeopleSoft preferred -Experience with strategic roadmap activities -Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Visio -Possession of excellent organizational, customer service, data gathering, and problem-solving skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -Active PMP or equivalent Certification or equivalent work experience
