The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services.
Accenture seeks a Senior Manager who will help sell and deliver Accentures Financial Reporting Analytics engagements to our Payer clients. The Financial Reporting Delivery Lead manages and leads pilot and implementation programs for Accentures Finance Analytics asset. The individual needs to have a strong working knowledge of the health payer industry, with good experience in Finance and/or Actuarial, as well as good working knowledge of data integration and data management with an awareness of analytics. The Financial Reporting Delivery Lead should have strong project / program management experience and should also have experience in sales, value proposition development, and client influence. Accenture prefers experience with software product development. The role is client facing, will require significant travel. Responsibilities include:
Sales:
Supporting Payer Sales Leads to growth our pipeline and close deals
Providing input and support on our offering strategy in the Payer market
Representing Accenture Healthcare Analytics in marketing events including association and vendor conferences, and other public forums
Sales target as set by the Health Analytics Leadership team annually.
Delivery
Leading Financial Report Analytics engagements, with oversight across multiple accounts, and possibly across multiple workforces and geographies
Managing delivery of products and services in cooperation with product development team
Training, mentoring, and supporting retention of key staff in the Practice
Product Development
Developing a close understanding of relevant client demand for analytics-based products/services in order to guide our product development
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors in Statistics, Mathematics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Health Administration or related field
3+ years working with US health payers in Finance / Back Office operations
3+ years in program management and delivery
2+ years delivering BI and Analytics oriented services and products in the US Healthcare industry
Preferred Requirements:
Masters or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration or related field
10+ years working with/for US healthcare payers
3+ years working with health plan operational data in the US payer market
5+ years consulting, outsourcing or business process outsourcing delivery experience
3+ years in Product Offering development and sales
5+ years developing and delivering BI and Analytics oriented services and products in the US Healthcare industry
Professional Skills Requirements:
Ability to interact with healthcare C-Suite professionals
Excellent People skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong consulting & project management experience
Strong data management and integration experience
Experience with data analysis / analytics and its application to business and/or healthcare
Ability to travel up to 80%
