Position Summary:
The Head of FP&A will lead a dedicated team of financial planning & analysis professionals to further develop a high quality corporate organization. This Head of FP&A will coordinate, design and oversee the annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, variance analysis, internal and executive reporting. The individual will also support the CFO through provision of reports and analysis and will drive the strategic Long Range Plan process modeling future goals and deliver insightful, value-added, strategic analysis across the business to improve operations. This individual will also analyze financial information and reports to provide timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes. Special projects involving harnessing IT tools for finance as well as support of acquisitions and other ad hoc projects will be required.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively, be highly-driven and self-motivated with ability to command credibility and influence across the organization
- Ability to think strategically, act tactically and embrace rapid change and ambiguity
- Solid knowledge of general accounting; ability to work independently, with limited direction; demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning experience along with experience with financial modeling
- Strong planning and organizational skills; strong oral and written communication skills and experience with cross-functional and cross-divisional projects that drive change
- Project Management Skills along with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Experience with best practices in financial reporting, planning and analysis and experience with planning and reporting systems
