Global IT eCommerce Intern (Sports Management/Finance/Admin)
We are currently looking for a Global IT eCommerce Intern to assist in focusing on our company's brand. This position will work in IT Operations and help contribute to the success of our company's eShop including order fulfillment and user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using an understanding of IT and business processes, the intern will work with the business including eCommerce, Customer Service, and Logistic teams to ensure that any production issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Work with various GIT groups to ensure that eCommerce orders are fulfilled completely and within the defined SLA's in place.
Coordinate testing with business users in SAP and other system releases that impact eCommerce.
Assist in day to day operations of the web application as well as the continual testing and monitoring of the web application.
Assist in identifying and resolving any web application issues
Work closely with marketing team to create and maintain promotional codes
Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in a college/university finishing your junior year, senior, graduating senior or graduate level with at least a 3.0 GPA.
Must be available for a minimum of ten (10) weeks.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once.
