Responsibilities

· Support regional teams and/or account managers on day-to-day interaction with international institutional clients.
· Coordinate and organize the presentation materials for New York-based meetings.
· Attend in-house meetings and limited travel to clients/prospects.
· Compose and edit business correspondence for various client service and business development functions.
· Participate with other members of a team to provide high quality timely responses to client and prospect requests.
· Strong professional representation on the telephone and at in-house meetings of prospects and existing clients.
· Ensure all necessary legal documentation is executed in a timely manner.
· Work with regional teams and account managers to help field day-to-day client requests regarding their account, procedures, funding activities, billing issues, contractual issues, and new assets.
· Continuing education in finance, investments, and pension fund issues, as well as and service techniques to provide consistently improved support.
· Participate in Business Management projects and assignments with respect to COO function (Business Analytics, Business Operations, and Integration).


Requirements
· BA/BS degree in related field (Economics, Finance or Accounting).
· 2+ years of directly related experience and/or MBA or CFA is highly desirable.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong quantitative skills along with demonstrated analytical ability, maturity and judgment in dealing with institutional clientele.
· Organized with strong time management skills.
· Analytical ability to synthesize information and summarize issues.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new applications.
· Holds series 7, 63, and 3 licenses, or is willing to attain them.
· Strong understanding of customer focus.
· Motivated by sales and revenue retention.
· Effective team player, able to work with people of all levels.
· High quality communication skills, both orally and in writing, to a range of audiences.
· High level of self-motivation, with a strong integrity & ethics.
