Our Business Marketing team is focused on developing and leveraging our deep understanding of marketplace trends and issues to design and implement strategic marketing plans for our sectors, LOS, and markets. Additionally, Business Marketing supports the sales process by helping to link client issues and needs to specific new business opportunities and contribute to the development of high quality proposal strategies and deliverables.
The Sector Marketing team is responsible for advising sector leadership on strategic business issues (i.e., internal and external forces that impact the sector's ability to grow at the expected rate). It includes leading the development of the functions business strategy with management of an annual marketing budget.
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrated knowledge being the lead in the formal development of the sectors intellectual capital that is distributed to clients, analysts, communities and the media
Demonstrated knowledge advising leadership on what points of view and thought leadership would be most relevant and compelling to clients
Demonstrated knowledge understanding how to leverage marketing channels and new marketing technology including how to place advertising, negotiating sponsorships with industry trade events, designing booths and leveraging invitation only events at larger trade events to increase the reach of PwC in external sector groups
Skills Preferred:
Proven ability developing and managing sector points of view, event calendars, topic calendars, industry events, and the content on the sector web portal
Proven ability to be a liaison to the sales and business development network
Formal responsibility to manage multiple project teams simultaneously
Marketing or like field degree strongly desired.

This role interacts daily with Territory senior level Advisory, Assurance and Tax partners in leadership roles and is responsible for advising the Healthcare leadership on what points of view and thought leadership would be most relevant and compelling to clients. The role leads the formal development of the Global sector's intellectual capital that is distributed to clients, the analyst community, and the international media. This intellectual capital is in the form of points of view on industry trends and issues. This role also is responsible for connecting sector thought leadership, points of view and SMEs with clients and sector influencers through touchpoints such as events, webcasts, public relations, newsletters, etc. The goal of this role is to drive PwC "distinction" in the Global Healthcare sector and determine how to leverage sector intellectual property to achieve that goal.
