This role manages our offshore revenue management billing group of 120 staff who are responsible for cash posting, insurance pre-collections and outbound soft collections. There is travel involved about 3 times a year to India for training and engagement of the team.

This position resides in Sacramento and relocation assistance is provided.

• Directs the revenue management performance improvement initiatives with assigned branch, billing center and region management to achieve the greatest financial impact for the company.
• Motivates local management and staff to improve results through workflow behavioral changes and program implementation.
• Oversees the coordinating and resolving of revenue management issues with branch, billing center, region and division staff to result in full compliance to company standard operating procedures.
• Assists in development of revenue management initiatives plus tools to be used by front line staff.
• Provides coaching on the revenue management performance improvement model in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
• Monitors standard revenue management performance indicators and productivity.
• Communicates findings to local and senior management with recommendations, as needed.
• Demonstrates parameter improvement as a result of workflow modifications.
• Responsible for hiring, development, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff.
• Ensures project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.
• Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Education and experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required.
• At least ten years related work experience is required.
• Experience leading larger teams in billing and revenue management
• Strong change management ability
• Ability to travel Internationally 25%
• Excellent relationship building skills Culturally savvy
