This role manages our offshore revenue management billing group of 120 staff who are responsible for cash posting, insurance pre-collections and outbound soft collections. There is travel involved about 3 times a year to India for training and engagement of the team.
This position resides in Sacramento and relocation assistance is provided.
Directs the revenue management performance improvement initiatives with assigned branch, billing center and region management to achieve the greatest financial impact for the company.
Motivates local management and staff to improve results through workflow behavioral changes and program implementation.
Oversees the coordinating and resolving of revenue management issues with branch, billing center, region and division staff to result in full compliance to company standard operating procedures.
Assists in development of revenue management initiatives plus tools to be used by front line staff.
Provides coaching on the revenue management performance improvement model in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
Monitors standard revenue management performance indicators and productivity.
Communicates findings to local and senior management with recommendations, as needed.
Demonstrates parameter improvement as a result of workflow modifications.
Responsible for hiring, development, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff.
Ensures project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.
Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education and experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required.
At least ten years related work experience is required.
Experience leading larger teams in billing and revenue management
Strong change management ability
Ability to travel Internationally 25%
Excellent relationship building skills Culturally savvy
