The Fund Accounting team has the responsibility for providing a premium quality client service to Hedge Fund Service Clients, ensuring deadlines are met at all times.
Reporting to the Fund Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
* Perform cash reconciliation's on a daily basis; * Process daily trading activity; * Perform market value and position reconciliation's; * Price portfolio; * Calculation and payment of fund expenses; * Dividend and corporate action processing; * Equalisation and performance fee calculations; * Dealing with client queries; * Building relationships with clients, shareholders, prime-brokers and other third parties; * Ensuring all controls and procedures are complied with for your portfolio of funds; * Develop fund specific procedures for your funds, and keep them up to date; * Adherence to general company procedures and policies; * Identify efficiencies and areas for improvement; * Ad hoc tasks as required;
