Fixed Income Systems Analyst
Our client, a highly respected financial services firm based in the North East has retained Starpoint Executive Search on an exclusive basis to fill a number of key roles including more than one Lead Systems Analysts to work on Fixed Income applications supporting the firm’s Portfolio Managers and Traders. The keys to these positions are:
Technical Requirements:
Ability to analyze needs, document requirements and assist in design of solutions
Strong SQL skills including the ability to explore and understand complex database structures
Some application / data engineering experience
Business Knowledge and Education:
Strong familiarity with the domain and a working knowledge of financial instruments is required (either through prior experience or education; A CFA charter, or work towards one, is a large plus)
An ability to understand the front office operations of the Fixed Income world
Client, Communication and Professional Skills:
Excellent client interaction skills, polished presentation, strong communication skills
