Title: Financial Systems Analyst 3 Location: Minnesota-Minneapolis
The primary responsibilities of this position are to support the Corporate Treasury applications and technical requests. The ability to work with vendors and team members to resolve support issues is essential as well as the ability to independently perform problem analysis/resolution, testing, documentation, system installations and task management. Must be able to multitask with attention to detail while delivering accurate results by set deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Technical support and problem analysis · Server and PC software installation, configuration, and stabilization · Provide solutions and alternatives for business problems · Assist and guide other team members in problem/project resolution and implementation · Ensure adherence to all US Bank policies and procedures · Provide status reports regularly with estimates of completion · Work on technical requests from Corporate Treasury business lines Your Career is Here. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience - Three to five years of experience in financial systems technology and analysis - One to two years of experience in a technical support role
Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of various computer applications, programming, hardware, software, micro computers, and systems design
- Excellent customer service skills and experience - Strong technical, analytic, and problem solving skills along with the ability to learn quickly and work closely with other team members - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Operating System experience - Win200x Server/ Win XP PC knowledge - MS SQL Server experience - 2 years (TRANSACT-SQL) - MS Access experience (VBA and preferred) - Project management and testing methodologies experience preferred -MIS preferred
