FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER (SEC)
Due to our clients' recent growth (organic and acquisitions) Ferreri Search has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a strong Financial Reporting Manager (SEC) candidate. This newly created role will be responsible for the Company's SEC filings, ASC 718 calculations, XBRL filings, technical accounting research and other ad-hoc projects. SEC reporting experience required. CPA is required, and Big 4 experience is strongly preferred. Ideal candidate with a Big4 Audit Manager with multiple SEC clients.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors in Accounting required
- CPA required
- 5+ years experience
- Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred
- SEC reporting experience required
- Stock compensation experience strongly preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
