Hiring immediately for a Financial Reporting Manager for a dynamic, growing organization inPortland.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
· BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
· Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC accounting and disclosure standards, as well as a genuine interest and proven ability to research complex accounting and finance matters.
· Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, policies and proposals in a highly effective and efficient manner.
· Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities to meet deadlines on short notice.
· Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
· Project management skills and an ability to perform thorough and complex financial statement analytics.
· Proven ability to read and effectively interpret complex documents, such as purchase and sale contracts.
Experience:
· Minimum 6+ years of experience, inclusive of a minimum of 4 years of public accounting and internal/external financial reporting experience.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office.
