Position Summary: The Role:
Red Hat is seeking a Financial Analyst in Tokyo, Japan.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. - Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. - Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. - Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements. - Works on moderately complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. - Exercises good judgment and initiative to determine appropriate action. - Has sufficient understanding of subject area to advise and provide guidance within area of expertise. - Generally works independently on tasks with moderate guidance on complex issues. - Monthly Forecast Report submission-Booking/Revenue/Opex forecast - Monthly Hiring/Opex review - Monthly Project result tracking (Disti Project, West Office, etc.) - Quarterly GM Dashboard review and circulation - QBR reporting support - Booking/Revenue/Opex trend analysis - Economic Trend analysis
