Financial Analyst
Financial Analyst needed to provide support to the Analysis & Financial Planning Manager.This role will be responsible for assisting in assimilating the company’s overall financial picture and representing an integrated view in discussions with upper management.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze expense variance reporting
Identify opportunities for improvement within financial analysis
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Provide analytical and data reporting support to external entities
Analyze financial impact of partner contracts
Provide support to finance management team
Prepare and analyze the annual budget
Assist in operational improvement and implementation projects
Act as liaison to external auditors and actuaries
Participate in cross-functional team meetings
Assist in the preparation and analysis of the monthly financial close
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Spreadsheet proficient
Independent work style
Ownership of work results
Self-starter
Able to recommend process improvements
Strong analytical skills
Team player
Ability to communicate ideas or information to all levels of management
