Â Prepares and analyzes operating and strategic plans, including quarterly forecasts. Support monthly close process including variance analysis and accounting entries; manage the CRS Capitalization and depreciation schedules; and recommend and document cost reduction initiatives for business. Identify productivity improvements, key metric analysis, channel shifts, and merchant composition expense impacts for senior management, department heads, and sales and marketing teams. Develop action plans for improvement, industry comparisons, and scorecards for internal customers. Provide financial and technical expertise on Finance Global Transformation projects and local business specific initiatives. Â Analyze and interpret financial impact of alternative decisions on the profitability of product lines and businesses. Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand. Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators. Â Basic Qualifications:- Â
Full mastery of entry level position Minimum of four years proven financial and/or business analysis experience, or equivalent
