Our client is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their growing team. Functions Include: * Analyze business results against the forecast, budget, and prior year and synthesize / communicate results effectively to a segment executive and FP/A Management* Collaborate with business unit management teams and accounting teams to understand trends and assist business units with the monthly forecast* Analyze growth opportunities by preparing new store proformas that assess store contribution, DCFROI, NPV, payback period, and break-even sales* Provide analytical support to business units in budget / performance management, and ad hoc decision making* Assist in the development and analysis of Retail Segment Strategic 3-Year Operating Plan* Assist in the development and analysis of Retail Segment annual Budget* Perform other duties as assignedThe successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent field* 3-6 years of finance or analytical experience* Expert-level knowledge in MS Excel and other Office tools* A successful candidate for this position is energetic and motivated and possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
