Financial Analyst II
If you are a dependable, self-starter with a passion for accounting and finance then please read on! Stryker Instruments has a Financial Analyst II opening. In this role you will:
- Ensure the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial accounting data. - Ensure the general accounting systems and procedures, including financial reporting and account reconciliations. - Support the division and the financial accounting systems. - Prepare and assist in the preparation, of monthly financial statements, monthly projections, quarterly schedules and annual budget. - Prepare reports, analysis and special studies as needed and assist management with general and financial accounting projects.
Responsibilities
• Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations, budgets, and audit reports based on information provided in various reports. • Prepares and assists in preparation and consolidation of monthly Financial Statements, including flash reporting, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. • Prepares and assists in preparation of monthly financial statement projections, including consolidation, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. • Direct involvement in Annual Budget Process including preparation, analysis, consolidation and distribution. • Balance books periodically and prepares profit and loss detail schedules. • Prepares budget schedules and audit papers. • Maintains receipts and disbursement reports and may submit periodic reports on assigned topics to manager. • Interprets reports and records for others including management. • May conduct periodic and/or special studies/analysis • Trains and mentors new accountants.
Qualifications/Work Experience
2-5 years of financial analyst / accounting experience preferred.
