Financial Analyst I AutoReqId 131122BR Responsibilities This position will support both the Manager and Director Business Planning & Financial Analysis to provide accrual support, reporting and analysis to Global Foreign Exchange Services which consists of International Payments, Wholesale Currency Services and Airports businesses. Key responsibilities will include:
. Global GFES P&L management support
. Provide financial analysis and support to the business for budgeting and forecasting activities. Identifying key revenue and cost drivers, risks and opportunities
. Support core monthly finance processes: - production / reconciliation of monthly accruals, - production of monthly p&ls for key businesses, - analysis of key variances - risks & opportunities
. Provide analysis and support as required in the following areas: - tracking and reporting on key performance trends in monthly KPI's by business - Pricing - ad-hoc analysis requests from the business
. Ad-hoc involvement with Business Travel Strategic Markets planning and forecasting
. Strong interaction with GTS HQ in New York, Controlling, Reporting, Center of Excellence (COE), FC-East and other finance and business teams across the organization EOE statement American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
