JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provide professional management accounting advice and recommendations to major Army command (MACOM) and major subordinate command (MSC) managers regarding problems found in current and future operational efficiency. Provide advice and guidance covering a wide variety of financial policies and program/systems requirements. Perform professional analysis and interpretation of financial statements and reports. Resolve problems for which no clear precedent exists and independently developing methodologies to address such problems. Familiarity with Army intelligence programs is a plus. JOB DESCRIPTION: To provide senior technical support to the client and subordinate organizations in the areas of Resource Planning, Resource Programming, Resource Budgeting, Resource Execution, Congressional Authorizations and Appropriations, and Resource Oversight support in the preparation, review, analysis, coordination and maintenance of documentation and associated databases used in DOD resource management systems to develop, restructure, rebalance, transform and sustain client organizations. Work in a team environment in conjunction with military, civilian and other contractors to provide Programming and Financial Management Analyst assistance in support of the HQ client Staff and Subordinate Organizations in the areas of Resource Programming, Budgeting, Execution and Appropriations.
