The FEDERAL SECURITY AGENCY , one of Ontario's most trusted and respected full service Security, Investigation, Intelligence and Protection Agencies, is seeking the following full-time position: Finance SPECIALIST Duties & Responsibilities Weekly Client Billing Bi-Weekly Payroll (Hourly Employees) Accounts Receivable Issuing ROEs Issuing T4As Inventory, Office Supplies, Cheques and Envelopes Filing & Long Term Storage Tracking Uniform Inventory Other duties as required Requirements Minimum of 2+ Years Full Cycle Billing/Payroll/AR experience Other general accounting skills would be an asset Experience with a company that has hourly employees Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills Highly professional Strong problem solving/analytical skills High level of attention to detail/accuracy Ability to work with a high level of autonomy as well as in a team environment.
