Description
This position partners with the Tropicana Business Unit and Sales organizations to develop insightful Sales and Trade forecasts and communicate/execute against business driving responsibilities include the following:Partner with the sales organization to deliver annual plan* Review Customer/Division P&Ls and identify risks and opportunities* Conduct analysis of all financial investments (Post-event analysis, IFR requests, Product Customization requests, Slotting investments)* Develop and maintain scorecards (financials, share, execution KPIs) to track customer execution* Assist Sales in resolving issues with non-compliance to QTG policiesResponsible for Period reporting* Develop and/or review trade accruals* Ensure TPM/OLP compliance* Clearly document Trade accrual reconciliation as per guidelines* Closely monitor liability balances* Provide clear explanations of performance results/variances to Plan, Forecast, LY* Prepare period business reviewLead customer forecasting process* Create forecast and assess variance vs Plan* Identify risks/opportunities* Review forecast with Finance Director and agree on submission* Work with Director to prepare communication/ presentation to BUs/PlazaLead Customer planning process* Work with Field Sales leadership to allocate targets down to customers/AMs* Work with AMs to build customer plans* Assist Sales with Plan entry into planning tools* Ensure customer plans meet SROTs* Roll up financials and review against overall financial expectations* Prepare communication/presentation to BUsEnsure full adherence to SOx trade requirements* Provide support for testing and address questions* Ensure Legal review of customer contracts* Ensure full compliance to QTG policiesManages direct report focused on supporting the delivery of position objectives listed above. Frequently interacts with other key functional teams (BU Sales , Field Sales, Supply Chain, Sales Strategy) and finance counterparts within Tropicana BU and East Division.E10/E11 level
Requirements:
8+ years experienceDegree: Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred* Strong analytical and critical/strategic thinking skills with proficiency in Excel and Business Objects* Ability to synthesize information and draw sound, logical, defensible insights and conclusions* Strong, clear, concise communication skills (both oral and written)* Ability to interact confidently with all levels of divisional and functional leadership* Proven track record of influence management, collaboration, and team-work.* Ability to multi-task, independently manage projects and prioritize workload* Positive attitude and strong drive for results* Prior Financial analytical / planning experience in CPG company* Additional experience preferred:Sales FinanceSAP
