A. Report financial actual result timely and correctly, perform the overview check before data submission. B. Support in monthly rolling forecast, in charge of the analysis of Headcount, CAPEX, Cost out, CONC. Make sure the practice is complied with Eaton policy. C. Support overall profitability analysis, cover the monthly actual and forecasted commentary and bridge. D. Lead Encore RSD analysis system, coach and work with team to complete scheduled reports on time. E. Support in annual profit plan organization and development. F. Coordinate and fully support Oracle integration project. G. In charge of the financial data conversion from SIP to Oracle & Encore before system goes live. H. Coordinate with other function managers in planning and implementing financial and regulatory policies. I. Involve in business case and project feasibility study. J. Support the development and implementation of Internal Control Systems. K. Other tasks assigned by leaders. Responsibilities will be further reviewed and updated once SH site complete integration project.
Job Qualifications /Educational Requirements 1. B.S. Degree in Accounting or Business 2. 5-7 years of accounting or finance experience 3. Understanding of US GAAP is a plus. 4. Oracle financials and Encore reporting experience 5. Possess strong analytical and organization skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Possess a solid accounting background, an aptitude for information systems and willing to focus on details.
