Stryker Navigation is looking for the next Finance Manager to join their team. This person will have the opportunity to join a smaller Division of Stryker located in Dallas, TX, to work strategically with several teams across the company, including finance, customer care, marketing, executive leadership as well as other teams located both in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and in Freiburg, Germany.

Additionally, the incoming Finance Manager will develop, implement, maintain and evaluate accounting systems and procedures and ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data. This portion also manages all or part of accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, fixed assets, general accounting, and Hyperion functions.

Qualifications/Work Experience

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Excellent organizational skills; Intermediate to Excellent PC skills; 5 - 8 years related accounting experience; Accounting related software experience; Professional certification or related advanced course work in accounting; Excel (spreadsheet applications); Microsoft Word (word processing); J.D. Edwards (general ledger); G.B.A-Gary Brown & Assoc. (Fixed assets); Vertex (sales tax); Panasophic (accounts payable/accounts receivable); General accounting knowledge; 10-key; Time management; Written communication; Human relationship; Graphics (PowerPoint etc.); Query language; Financial reporting; Hyperion Consolidation Software; Supervision; Report analysis; Gallup receiver; Performance review; EIS (Executive Information System); Presentation skills;
Gallup management; Gallup leadership.

Education and/or Special Training

B.B.A. or B.S. in business with an emphasis in accounting.
