This key role is responsible for managing the Financial Operations group supporting Corporate Services. Key areas of responsibility include managing management reporting, internal customer billing, and leadership for the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, finance reference management, signature authorizations and support to controllership initiatives. This role manages a group of 8 financial professionals.
Westlake will be a key location for certain critical finance roles that support many parts of the Fidelity organization. By co-locating similar Finance work, we'll have the opportunity to create more effective and efficient work models, provide opportunities for growth and development, and broaden and deepen our Finance community. This is an exciting opportunity for Westlake Finance associates to build a Finance site that will help us meet the needs of the business, while also helping to shape the future of Fidelity Finance.

Position Duties

* Manages staff of finance professionals with primary responsibility for Enterprise Functions Standard Reporting, Headcount Reporting, Signature Authorization, Reference Central Maintenance and production of the monthly Spend Database.
* Ensure integrity of monthly financial and weekly headcount reporting.
* Manages staff and provides overall process leadership to complete annual planning and budget.
* Coordinates forecast and publishes monthly certified financial results.
* Provides Financial Support to Corporate Operations Admin business unit.
* Provides Functional reporting for Corp Ops / Enterprise Functions Human Resources, Finance, Risk and Compliance.
* Leads Corporate Services Working Group.
* Coordinate reorganizations - central point of contact for large Corporate Services reorganizations.
* Finance process redesign (LEAN expert).
* Manages development and implementation of data archiving and delivery strategy.
* Lead reporting improvement efforts (e.g. more effective use of finance reporting tools).
* Provides coaching and overall thought leadership to improve processes.


Education and Experience
*
A Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
*
10 year's progressively more responsible work experience in related fields.
*
5 years of management experience is required.
*
Work experience in the Financial Services industry is desirable.
*
MBA preferred.
