From associates who directly service our clients to managing relationships with ADP Payroll Segment and Government liaisons, tax Operations & Compliance Services (TOCS) is a diverse and dynamic organization of over 600 dedicated service associates.
At the heart of our organization is the tax filing product. Our associates work with internal and external business partners, including ADP payroll regions as well as standalone products like Garnishment Services, New Hire Reporting, Unemployment Claims Services, Sales and Use Tax and TAXService.
TOCS also specializes in helping associates and clients reach their full potential through learning and you a proactive problem solver with an engaging, outgoing personality Do you instinctively know what clients need before they do If so, then this may be the right opportunity for you! As a member of the TOCS organization you will:
Provides first level client support for financial transactions for all Compliance and Payment Services (CAPS) products including Procure to Pay, Sales and Use Tax and Property & Casualty.
Collaborates with internal shared services departments within CAPS to ensure seemless client service and resolution of inquiries.
Provides expert operational support to business owners of products.
Acts as liaison between business owners, shared services and Informational Technology to resolve issues and promote functional improvements allowing for first class service.
Provides analytical support to leadership and contributes to strategic and operational needs of department.
Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
Bacherlors degree preferable.
Good understanding of general ledger accounting.
Banking or cash management experience a plus.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite of products.
Self starter, proactive, able to search out appropriate resources with limited direction.
Able to manage multiple priorities.
May require some travel.
