EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Overall Summary of the Job: Provides general administrative support to project management team. Assists the project managers with necessary administrative business functions including maintaining reports, coordinating meetings, documenting minutes, power point presentations and preparation of excel spreadsheets.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
1. Support and coordinate the needs of the project managers by coordinating meetings, managing itineraries, documenting minutes, and following up on requests as directed.
2. Perform all other administrative duties, including, photocopying, preparing presentations, etc.
3. Prepares charts, graphs and tables for presentation or inclusion in reports. Update spreadsheets or databases to assist in the tracking of account information. Prepares regular reports following established procedures.
4. Routes or answers routine correspondence or questions that do not require supervisor attention.
5. To maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Requirements:
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 3years experience as in Executive Assistant
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
An aptitude for numbers is prefferred. Must be able to work without supervision. Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact. Should possess a pleasant phone manner and professional demeanor. Requires close attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to follow through on tasks. Excellent skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Access and Internet research skills helpful.
