This position will be responsible for providing advanced Project Portfolio analysis associated with all projects throughout the Bank. This position will serve as a liaison for the Enterprise Program Office (EPO) team to all PMOs across all lines of businesses in the Bank. This position will interact with PMOs, Senior Executives, analysts and project managers for the gathering and review of all aspects of projects. This position will help develop enterprise policies and procedures in regards to the planning and management of projects. This position will directly support and report to the EPO Manager, helping to support the EPO. Major Responsibilities: * Support the EPO Manager and team by understanding, modeling and reporting on enterprise project metrics and controls within the EPO's scope of responsibility. * Serve as liaison between EPO and operational associates to research, correct, and explain, issues and risks with projects. * Work with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to integrate EPO sponsored planning activities with the Bank's financial planning and reporting processes. * Facilitate or perform regular project reviews in regards to reporting the performance of the overall project portfolio pipeline. * Collaborate with EPO team and the organization, suggesting and implementing process improvements and policy changes, ensuring control and accuracy. * Help facilitate ongoing evaluation and prioritization of projects, helping to align them with the Bank's strategy. * Organize and implement various EPO projects and initiatives as required. * Serve as data custodian for project related EPO data. * Assist with project assessments and audits across the bank. * Help facilitate the development and rollout of an enterprise project management training program. * Provide direct support to users through training, help desk and administrative functions. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management or Finance desired. * 5-10 years of related project management and analysis work. * Project Management Professional (PMP) desired. * Previous Project Portfolio Management systems experience desired (i.e. CA Clarity, PlanView) * Knowledge of Project, Program and Portfolio management concepts. * Demonstrated ability for providing project management mentoring and advice. * Demonstrated desire to drive successful project results across the bank. * Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced environment. * Ability to work with all levels of personnel and interact with senior levels of management. * Experience working with technology and real estate projects desired. * Experience in a corporate environment, preferably for a large financial institution. * Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. * Strong Project Leadership and management skills. * Strong computer and analytical skills.
