Required Qualifications:
-3-5 years relevant experience for Manager roles -Experience in one or more of the following areas: B2B sales, B2B Account Development, Relationship Marketing, Direct Marketing, Partnership Development, Relationship Marketing, Project Management, Online/Interactive Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Management, Product Development, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Merchant Services, Payments Industry, Business Travel or Management / Strategy Consulting -Prospecting and pipeline development and customer acquisition -Business Development -Strong experience in analytics, strategy and financial analysis / acumen -Developing the end to end acquisition strategies -Previous experience managing a base or portfolio of accounts -Growing revenue within existing business / existing accounts -Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with internal and external partners. -Strong experience with collaboration across global and cross-functional lines and skills to influence across all levels of organization. -Experience designing superior innovative strategies to drive specific market and segment growth. -Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to tailor message to a diverse set of audiences. -Consistent track record of managing performance, coaching and motivating for success -Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills. -Experience driving results to optimize budgets. -Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
