Responsibilities include: * Advise on a variety of U.S. GAAP accounting, and financial issues* Supervise direct and indirect staff* Review contracts, revenue recognition, leases, acquisitions, and divestituresThe candidate qualifying for this role will possess the following required skills: * A BS degree is required and a CPA is required * Strongly prefer background with financial reporting and SEC experience * A Senior Manager from Big 4 is an ideal background for a candidate
