Description
The Director, Strategy & Finance, PepsiCo Sales role is unique, working with all U.S. businesses on strategic and performance offers the opportunity to identify the PepsiCo Sales Organization's strategic priorities and execute solutions against those priorities. This involves a granular assessment of our retail and shopper landscape, the identification of areas where we are strategically disadvantaged and the creation of solutions to transform our competitive PepsiCo Sales Finance Director is also responsible for leading our Po1 agenda, and creating a framework for the U.S. finance organization to ensure we lead the businesses through an effective Po1 ramp up. This involves aligning across all businesses on a common assessment methodology, creating processes to enable appropriate review of programs, and leading the post audit process. The PepsiCo Sales Finance Director will also be responsible for the planning, reporting and forecasting of our PepsiCo Sales business. - Partner with PepsiCo Sales leadership team to identify strategic issues and identify solutions - Implement process around PO1 program assessment, ensuring clarity around roles and decision making - Lead PO1 post audit process - Develop a best in class performance management process - Lead the AOP, IGP process for PepsiCo Sales - Ensure seamless integration of new beverage organization
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years finance experience. - CPG experience preferred. - Strategy/Consulting experience would be attractive. - Ability to lead a complex organization through change - Ability to lead and influence people. Comfortbale dealing with senior leaders. - Understanding of Sales Value Chain and how to assess deals - Action/results oriented, proactive nature. - Advanced collaboration skills - Strong excel and Powerpoint skills, excellent financial modeling skills. - MBA or CPA preferred - Sales Finance Experience would be a plus.
