Director of Team Services (Sports Management/Finance/Admin)
This position exists to direct and define the Team Services group of SLD, strategically plan for, direct and manage the execution and achievement of Team Services financial targets and expections.
Core Accountabilities:
Responsible for determining the most efficient and financially responsible way to provide service to all leagues and teams
Build and maintain key internal and external relationships
Oversite of all key messages delivered to leagues and licensend properties
Responsible for manging and developing staff in order to prepare for future succession
Direct and manage all cross functional communication between Team Services and other SLD departments
Direct and manage relationship between Team Services and NCAA LPM's as it relates operational needs
Education / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
Proven record of managing and developing previous staffs
An understanding of the necessary company global systems that are pertinent to effectively servicing teams (SIM, GPS, SAP, RMS, PLM, ILS etc)
Experience working with professional league office and/or collegiate governernig bodies is a plus
Proven record as a consensus builder/problem solver
Excellent organization and communication skills a must
