The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will utilize analytical, business, and leadership skills to manage a team responsible for all financial and operational metric reporting and planning. This is a position where technical financial and operational knowledge is critical.
Details: Strategic thinking is critical for this role as is the ability to think holistically, articulate thoughts/ ideas, critical decision making with limited information. Leadership qualities, influencing and negotiation skills, building networks, work with diverse functional teams that may be internationally based are some other critical requirements. Develop executive management reporting Presenting consolidated results. Develop and deploy across global markets long range and budget processes, standardize methodologies and metrics. Ability to work with Peers, colleagues within the department and other functional areas as well as the peer groups in the international markets. Must influence and persuade four separate division directors with regard to FP&A initiatives.
Requirements: Strong consulting experience, project management experience, FP&A experience is desired. Positive attitude important as the work environment will be challenging, problem solving skills are a must. Self starter, ambitious, 'can-do' attitude is required. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
