Job Description
Responsibilities of the Director of Financial Reporting include:
Leading/assisting in the preparation and review of external reporting documents including 10-Q, 10-K, and annual reports
Overseeing the completion of certain subsidiary financial statements
Coordinating the completion of financial disclosure checklists and the external auditors’ review
Working closely and coordinating with various Subject Matter Experts and Global Reporting leaders to receive required deliverables
Overseeing the preparation and completion of the Statement of Cash Flows as well as monthly and quarterly calculation of earnings per share
