About the company : Our client is a leading IT consulting firms catering to both investment banks and Fortune 500 clients. Job description : Main responsibilities of the Director of Finance include: Manage Financial Reporting Annual, quarterly and month-end close and review process Prepare and review our financial reporting package Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations Prepare BS and P&L account analysis Analysis of Results and assisting key executives in the profitable management of their organizations. Prepare and review SOX schedules and work flows Create and Implement Measures for optimizing company growth and performance Assist Senior Management in the financial impact of strategic initiatives. Assist in M&A activities from analysis to absorption. Who we are looking for : Qualified candidates should possess the following: BA in Accounting (MBA a plus) CPA required. 7-15 years of strong general accounting, finance and planning experience in an international environment Experience with SOP 97-2 and 81-1, is important. Experience in compliance and a working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 and FASB 109 Demonstrated ability in performing balance sheet and P&L account analysis.
