Job Description
As the Director of Compliance, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day supervision of the Compliance Department staff
Overseeing the compliance program for the firm's mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, investment advisers and broker dealer
Monitoring Code of Ethics reporting (personal trade monitoring, gifts received log, code of ethics certification, etc.)
Assembling compliance reports from various departments for review by the CCO, drafting memos, etc
Monitoring performance of service providers
Required Skills
8-20 years of experience with mutual funds and investment advisers
