To assist with budget consolidation process: Advanced excel skills (doesnt have to include macros but should include vertical look-ups, pivot tables, etc.) Ability to consolidate budget data and upload into Oracle Track sequential versions of changes and make sure all changes get updated and the numbers tie out Accounting document how an item (some are relatively complex) has been accounted for when the person who did the work is no available Review excel and word files Research in Oracle Read contracts Discussions with employees and third-parties Summarize/document findings in a concise, logical format Balance sheet account reconciliations Ability to prepare audit schedules and reports
