The Director of Marketing Analytics is responsible for developing and managing the organization's marketing insights function. We are looking for a candidate with strong problem-solving and database skills along with knowledge of statistical techniques required to measure the success of our marketing & business development initiatives. A successful candidate in this role should be able to articulate the results of comprehensive data analysis as strategic actionable insights and recommendations.
This position reports directly to the GM of Marketing and works closely with Business Development, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams. This position is located in the St. Petersburg/Tampa, FL area.
.Identify and define data requirements and partner with Technology to integrate and enhance the Data Warehouse with new data sources .Constantly keep abreast of product enhancements and new builds and appropriately continue to enhance our analytic capability .Integrate data from all channels (including Web) to enable a consolidated view across all customer touchpoints .Generate and distribute all operational reports to Finance, Ops, Credit and senior management as requested in a timely manner ensuring accuracy .Measure marketing program effectiveness starting with campaign performance through customer profitability .Develop effective targeting and segmentation models .Function as the Analytic subject matter expert for the organization EOE statement American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Highly comfortable working directly with both internal senior executives and external partners.
