Managing Director - Corp Finance Investment Banking
The Position
MD level role building out an industry vertical practice within a large Investment Bank.
Responsibilities
The Managing Director will be responsible for sourcing, execution, and closing transactions as well as managing the deal team through the entire process.
Managing the origination process, including client advisory services
Overseeing valuation analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence
Collaborating with client’s legal and accounting advisors
Building relationships and generating leads for potential buy and sell side transactions
Identifying and contacting potential buyers/sellers on behalf of the client
Developing financial strategies and deal structures
Qualifications
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
Direct merger and acquisition experience in the Industrial sector
10+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
