Director - Financial Planning and Analysis
Lead a team of 3 to:
Evaluate financial and operational results to deliver data-driven insights using recent trends. Create and analyze business cases for presentation to senior management. Cases range from a focus on marketing/sales, to process improvements, to the launch of new business ventures. Perform industry research and analysis including competitive analysis o Benchmarking product constructs, pricing and availability are examples. Utilize various models including Internal rate of return (IRR), returns on investment capital (ROIC) to evaluate and bench mark actual and expected returns on varying capital projects Develop long-term financial and strategic plans, incorporating industry trends and internal analysis to project future revenue and cash flows, customer additions and expected capital needs Assist in preparation and review of periodic presentations to senior management and the board of directors
Required Skills: Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting 8+ years of practical experience in financial analysis with experience in complex financial modeling Strong analytical, written, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in MS PowerPoint Oracle Essbase knowledge a plus
