Director Financial Planning and Analysis
The Director of FP&A will lead a $200+MM budget for a business unit in a multinational capacity. The position will have 5-7 direct reports and will be responsible for various aspects of the Commercial Finance including developing strategic ideas to drive the top line, deal structuring, growth, driving efficiency and productivity, and overall leadership of a rapidly growing Business. The ideal person will have the confidence to interact extensively with executive management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· This financial leadership position, in conjunction with the CFO, will drive the overall strategic direction of the commercial finance team.
· The Director of Finance will have overall responsibility for the regional and market level financial analysis and support including business case development, metrics, KPI leadership, pricing and profitability.
· Provide accurate and relevant data for proactive decision making for business leaders.
· Support M&A and business case approval.
· Implement proactive initiatives to drive profitability.
· Direct financial process improvement including financial system oversight and standardization of reporting.
· Implement financial policy and procedure.
· Ensure all internal and external (global) financial deadlines are met.
· Manage relationships with internal and external customers in order to provide necessary financial support as needed while aligning service-line and regional support.
· Drive and track strategic initiatives to increase profitability.
· Implement financial training programs as needed.
· Support development & execution of both annual budget and periodic bottoms-up forecasting.
· Responsible for Quarterly Business Review project management.
· Achieve operational cost efficiency & fact based decision making goals via development of cost to serve models and profitable business cases.

Requirements:
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.
· MBA is preferred.
· At least 8-10 years experience including at least 5 years of management-level experience.
· Experience with business case development and M&A strongly desired.
· Managing/directing a direct multiple direct and indirect staff.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· PeopleSoft and Hyperion Enterprise experience a plus.
