Kforce is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst for a client in Fort Belvoir, VA. Main Duties: * Provide database and spreadsheet development, maintenance and manipulation critical to manpower management and execution planning and tracking activities as the Agency migrates to a DAI operating environment* Extracting and integrating data from multiple databases / system sources to support status reporting and analytical efforts related to manpower management, payroll, and execution planning and tracking* Developing and manipulating spreadsheets, databases, and data analytical tools* Developing data analysis and status reports as required to meet customer and management needsAnalyst Qualifications: * At least 6 years of experience in performing business and/or financial management tasks for commercial or government organizations* Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, executing, controlling, and performing project work efforts to meet contract requirements* A BA/BS Degree is required* An additional 4 years of experience can be substituted for a BA/BS Degree* Experience with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint) as well as Visio (in order to prepare all documents, listings, tables, briefings, and worksheets)* Requires expertise in Microsoft Access programming and report development
