The Added Value Services (AVS) division is one of ADP's fastest growing. Along with housing the payroll tax operations and compliance engine for all of ADP, AVS is the entrepreneurial test-ground for ADP, featuring those "beyond payroll" services that offer clients unique opportunities to stay in compliance and improve process efficiencies, while reducing taxes and other expenses.
The Data Management Analyst will analyze day to day errors produced from all areas of the stand alone Tax Services organization and develop streamlined processes to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences. Works with limited supervision. Develops relationships among staff and business partners that foster the ability to align and effectively collaborate with the intent to provide additional support and solutions to everyday challenges. Maintain a knowledge level of all TAX Service areas conducive for effective analysis and solutions.
Trend - Responsible for trending error conditions and defining process resolutions through the use of based on technical and process knowledge. Person will also be responsible for establishing internal trending reports and use them to develop processes conducive for effective issue resolution and prevention.
Analysis - Responsible for analyzing different areas of the TAX Services organization, such as Support and Transporter reject reports, Service maintenance reports, e-file rejects, data management processes, timelines, and training materials. Develop procedures to resolve issues while mitigating financial risk to ADP and exploring potential for revenue growth. Person will look for opportunities to utilize products such as Registration Services to minimize number of unregistered accounts, which will minimize risk for our clients, while boosting our revenue growth as we offer this additional product to our clients.
Maintain up to date knowledge of tax and money movement products, policies and procedures.
Identify and communicate critical client service and operational issues and trends to management. Perform limited client and agency calls as necessary to resolve data discrepancies.

Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
College degree in Business preferred or equivalent work and educations experience.
2+ years of fundamental analytical or technical experience. Experience with identifying, resolving and reporting solutions to peers and management. Basic working knowledge of business operations.
Possess intermediate level of software knowledge such as (but not limited to) Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and QMF. Macro Express knowledge preferred. Monarch knowledge preferred
