Project Parsons is providing base operations support services for a new state of the art campus for a secure agency within the Department of Defense (DoD). Parsons services include: facilities management, operations and maintenance, site and space use planning, environmental compliance, engineering, security, emergency management, freight and vehicle management, and custodial care. This is a restricted access facility and employees will be required to have a current DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance with ability to obtain SCI. As part of our team, you will be actively contributing to a safer world for future generations.
Supervise all on-duty call technicians and oversee the logging and dissemination of incoming service calls and customer concerns.
Responsible for monitoring all facilities related management systems (Air Handling, Electrical, Fire Protection and Video Surveillance)
Maintain knowledge of processes and procedures for facility operations and provide training to new employees and staff
As needed, utilize a facilities management database to receive, analyze and prioritize service calls/work orders for distribution to maintenance and service personnel.
Ensure compliance by maintaining an electronic management report of all facility maintenance events .
Qualifications: Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance. Workers are required to be skilled in the knowledge of repair of electronic control equipment; workers in establishments producing electricity, steam, or heated or cooled air.
3-5 years of experience required. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
