Job Title: Customer Service Rep III
Job Description: The role of thePart-Time Customer Service Representativeis to identify and resolve customer service issues, such as missed pickups and billing issues, in a timely manner. Our Representatives need to be able to manage difficult and/or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to service requests to meet customer commitments. In addition, they must be able to handle high inbound call volume, 80-120 calls per day on average, on a consistent basis. Often times our Customer Services Representatives use as many as four different computer systems during one call.
Qualifications: â?¢ High school diploma or G.E.D. â?¢ Ability to use a computer in a Windows based environment â?¢ Proficiency (perform the skill without assistance) using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel â?¢ Must be able to type 35 words per minute â?¢ Legally eligible to work in the United States â?¢ Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. â?¢ Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug screen and background check
