Job Summary: Reporting to Credit Risk Manager, the Credit Risk Analyst is responsible for working on various projects to improve risk management, including topics such as Economic Capital, Stress Testing, data manipulation and reporting.
Major Responsibilities: 50% Day-to-day execution of the EC and stress testing projects, which requires calculation of key risk parameters, utilizing data processing techniques, employing statistical methodology, as well as documentation, back-testing and validation.
30% Day to day management and execution of other risk related projects, including ad-hoc data manipulation and analysis, working closely with the other members of the Enterprise Risk Group.
20% Enhance bank's risk analytics, modeling and reporting with strong analytical abilities and risk methodology. * Knowledge of SQL and excel data manipulation * Position requires strong data process skills and communication skills , as well as outstanding analytical abilities and the ability to work efficiently and independently * Strong focus on accuracy and reliability, so as to ensure confidence in results * Prior 1- 2 years working experiences preferred * Prior consulting experience preferred * Strong statistical and mathematical ability preferred * Knowledge of financial programming languages, such as Matlab, SAS, VBA preferred * Typically requires a Bachelor's degree; Analytical degree from a leading university preferred
