Job Description: Center stage role. Report to Finance Director; partner with sales, marketing, business managers, customer service, suppliers and customers. Work with 300+ customers annually with $1-3M+ credit lines and an average invoice of $50K+. Support special projects. Provide positive suggestions to improve the credit function of this customer-focused company. Perfect role for detail-oriented, versatile, energetic contributor. Key functions are the ability to: •Analyze customer financial statements, trade and bank references and D&B reports •Execute collections •Development of` credit terms •Complete credit ratings •Prepare financial and ratio analysis •Resolve credit issues •Evaluate, improve and implement change in policies and procedures •Dealing with credit insurance, Chapter 11 and bankruptcies •Make customer visitations •Deal with promissory notes and letters of credit •Improve DSO.
