Our company is looking for a Cash Application Specialist with solid experience reconciling and applying cash in a high volume environment.
Basic Functions:
ú Apply high volume cash and credit card transactions across multiple currencies ú Able to multi-task between different source systems when applying payments received via lockbox ú Identify, analyze and research variances between bank and source application ú Maintain open communication with customers and partners on a daily basis ú Assess and streamline current processes for improved accuracy and efficiency ú Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed
Qualifications
ú Associates degree in Accounting or Finance ú 2+ years of relevant cash application experience ú Experience with a larger ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Lawson or Great Plains ú Strong computer skills, including Excel ú Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ú Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills ú Team player with ability to see big picture for use in applying best practices ú Thrive in fast past and changing environment ú Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, multi-task, detail-oriented
