Position: Credit Analyst - Portfolio Manager
Minimum Experience:
5 years experience as either a Commercial Loan Officer, Credit Analyst, or Portfolio Manager

a. Proficient at either General Commercial Real Estate Underwriting or C&I Credit Analysis.
b. Proficient in Microsoft Programs including Word & Excel.
c. Proficient at understanding loan documentation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Final job description and responsibility will be tailored around final candidate’s qualifications.
Primary responsibilities include:
Working with Loan Officers and Applicants to gather the required information to appropriately analyze credit request and existing relationships.
Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum, including but not limited to a full financial analysis of the operating company, real estate entity, and personal guarantors and narrative as to the applicant’s background, description of loan structure and collateral, and analysis of sources of repayment.
On an ongoing basis; gathering, reviewing, and analyzing financial information from existing borrowers on an annual basis as part of the overall Portfolio Management Function.
Assist in the collection process when required.
Preparing Management Loan Reports.
