Position Purpose: As a Credit Administration Officer you will be responsible for performing credit administrative functions in support of our Private Client loan portfolio. Key Accountabilities:
* Prepare loan documents for new credits and changes/updates to existing credits. Ensure documents are in line with the appropriate approved credit proposal and are in order
* Provide authorization for all loan renewals and new loans - verify information on loan processing form, including confirmation of unused amount and available collateral
* Approve daily fund transfers/releases on all pledged accounts - ensure sufficient collateral
* Monitor and review daily overdraft report, ensure necessary approvals are obtained on a daily basis, liaise with Credit Officers and Relationship Managers to ensure timely coverage of overdrawn accounts
* Monitor and review collateral and shortfall reports. Liaise with Credit Officers to ensure necessary approvals are obtained on a daily basis
* Review daily non-linked reports to ensure all facility usage is properly reported and linked
* Prepare and monitor the documentation exception report
* Prepare, monitor, and update mortgage tickler
* Report and track annual reviews that are past due and coming due
* Prepare end of month reports, including KRI reporting
* Review systems to ensure credit facilities are properly reported
* Establish renewal and new account information into RIBS and COMS
* Assist with special projects and credit related analytical tasks
* Knowledge of US regulatory and compliance requirements
* Must have excellent computer skills including MS Office, Bloomberg terminal experience preferred
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Must have the ability to excel in a fast paced work environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required
