Responsible for partnering across Global Footwear and leading the development of an integrated strategic framework and principles for Global FW's future Costing Policies and Procedures in alignment with Global FW and Functional strategic plans and priorities. Will ensure that future costing principles are standardized and allow for efficiency operations value capture.
Responsible for documenting and providing comprehensive visibility to current Global FW Costing policies and procedures. Responsible for creation of a Costing fact base for GFW and a clear "from-to" for GFW Costing policies and procedures.
Will own leading the development and execution of plans to evolve Global FW from its current costing policy state to future framework and principles. Responsible for ensuring stakeholder alignment and transition management across the matrix throughout this evolution and responsible for driving results against the plan. Will develop and lead a Costing policy /procedures governance model for change management and provide proactive coordination, communication, transition and training across all stakeholder groups throughout the evolution.
In addition to driving the long-term Costing policy transition, this role will also be accountable to create a quick wins agenda/plan and to drive quick wins in the standardization of policies and procedures across Factory groups and Asia operational teams.
This role will lead through influence, manage a multitude of stakeholder groups, and leverage operational teams. The role will also be responsible for costing capability definition, assessment and development in line with GFW strategies and the framework evolution and in conjunction GFW Business Planning & Costing.
Qualifications
Success Criteria:
Strong Financial Acumen, Degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or quantitative field
Strong Program/Project Management and Transition Management Skills and Experience (5 years)
Proven ability to manage and influence virtual teams and coordinate a broad set of individual and functions
Knowledge of Product Creation processes and Footwear Manufacturing Environment
